For a brand or collection project
Describe the handbag style, intended market and stage of development. Tell us whether you already have a tech pack, a physical sample, a sketch or only an initial direction. Include the estimated quantity by style and color, preferred materials, delivery country and any intended launch date.
Review prototype development if you need to turn the design into a sample, or our manufacturing overview if you are planning a collection.
For a private commission
Share your preferred shape, approximate dimensions, leather, color and any personal initials or logo. The private commission guide links to existing reference cases and the dedicated enquiry route.
For an existing order or conversation
Include your order number or the subject of the earlier correspondence, together with the question you need answered. Refer to the published shipping policy and refund policy for the applicable terms.
